Fiesta Send Off for the Broncos

Posted: Updated:

It was an amazing turnout of excited fans to meet and take pictures with their bronco football players. They weren't allowed to give any autographs but some couldn't resist putting that smile on even the youngest fans

Fans poured in by the dozens having their pens and cameras ready for their favorite Bronco football player to sign their shirt or just take a quick photo.

"We love the boys and we're here to send them with style. We couldn't be so proud of them, it's fantastic," said a BSU fan.

And the football players enjoyed meeting their fans that have supported them since the beginning.

"It's fun you get to meet the people that cheer for you on Saturdays or whatever day we play on. They interact with us a little bit, we enjoy those people and hear what they have to say," said Bronco Full Back Richie Brockel.

Fans hugged, and took plenty of pictures right before their hometown stars get ready to leave for the Fiesta Bowl.

Some of the Bronco's youngest fans dressed for the part to make sure they got a perfect souvenir.

"I'm going to be really excited because I'll be watching it on TV and my Dad is going to be screaming his guts out," said 7-year old Tyler Evans.

Some players told Today's Channel 6 that it's been non-stop football practice right before they leave to phoenix. They say they're a bit nervous but mostly excited for the big game.
